What is the process?
The review will take place in two parts: A
phase of information gathering and analysis,
which is already under way and should be complete
by the end of November, and a phase of strategy
development to be completed by March 2009.
The output of the whole review should be available
to the community by the end of April so that
the community can give feedback. We anticipate
final plans being prepared in May 2009, so at
about the time we're toasting the last 75 years,
we'll be ready with plans for the next 75.
